We retain your information as long as you are using our placement services, or longer unless notified by you. Experience has shown that career opportunities present themselves many times over the course of one’s working life. Therefore, we may contact you in the future should an opportunity present itself. Most inactive files are deleted after three years.
HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?
We have staff procedures and policies in place to ensure that your personal information, in both paper and electronic format, are secure. For example, we require the following:

Filing cabinets are stored in a secure area accessible only to employees or with an escort.

In this ongoing effort, we ask you to provide us with your most up to date information.
